about the artists:
Hwan Yun’s musical interests range from carefully notated compositions for traditional instruments and performers to stochastic, experimental soundscapes that explore the possibilities of all aspects of contemporary electro-acoustic practice. To know more about Hwan, please visit his website here. | Joana Valls, behind the breathing lens, like Xana Elävä. Her photography and life reflect the landscape of a skin and the essence of a place portrayed. The integration of a human body with the landscape, a portrait fused in the natural environment. "I imagine that in Iceland there is that feeling of freedom and wild emotion, a disconnection and silence that motivates creativity." ~Joana Valls To know more about Joana, please click here. |
